Phase 1 Electrics Go In – green oak barn

Wednesday 9/6/21

Today the first phase of the electrics went in. As I mentioned earlier, the plan was to move the existing set up to the new location. The existing set-up had been installed with over-long cables with this in mind.

But instead a completely new system was installed.

I was very unimpressed and cross about this. On a planet with limited resources this action has caused the manufacture of components that will now be completely redundant.

But anyway, I now have basic electrics in the barn and I will build on this in the next phase once I’ve decided where I want power points and lights.
