It has been a happy student house for the last 6 years. The message ‘Goodbye Ivydale I will miss you’ was left on the blackboard by one of this year’s departing students!

It has been configured with five double bedrooms and one living room. One double-sized room still to fill! All rooms have sanded boards plus their own special features:

Bedroom 1: Is the biggest! 

Bedroom 2: Has French Windows which open out onto the back garden (yard)

Bedroom 3: Has an adjoining study/dressing room and has been occupied by a couple

Bedrooms 4 and Bedroom 5 : Have their own sinks

The bathroom has been completely refurbished (2007) with toilet, sink, bath and power shower (eletrical). There is also an outside toilet.

The house has a communal living room and kitchen.
